An Owensboro man and central Kentucky woman have been charged with setting fire to a Russell County hunting lodge and residence.
On Wednesday, Kentucky State Police arrested 41-year-old Richard Carlisle, of Owensboro, and 33-year-old Sarah Turner-Lykins, of Jamestown, and charged the pair with setting fire to Triple Crown Outfitter Hunting Lodge in Creelsboro in February of this year.
Turner-Lykins was charged with second-degree arson while Carlisle was charged with complicity to commit arson.
The fire destroyed the structure, which also served as the home of the business’ owner.
The lodge was established in 2019.
Both suspects are being held in the Daviess County Detention Center.
