An eastern Kentucky man has been sentenced to nearly 20 years in prison for using a seven-year-old to produce child porn.
Bradley S. Helton, 33, of Berea, who was sentenced to 18 years in prison, admitted to communicating with the child using the “Kiss Kiss: Spin the Bottle” app.
Helton said he chatted with and sent the seven-year-old sexual explicit videos and photos and requested the same from the victim. He admitted that he persuaded and used the victim to engage in sexually explicit acts for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of the behavior.
Helton pled guilty in March and must serve at least 85 percent of his prison sentence.
