Kentucky State Police has arrested a man who posted photos of himself holding a gun behind a KSP cruiser, and as he drove by the Laurel County Courthouse.

Police arrested 28-year-old Kyle Childress, of Barbourville, after a two week investigation. Childress published the photos, which appeared to threaten violence toward police, on a fake Facebook account.

Police would only say that it was determined through an investigation that Childress was the source of the two photographs.

Childress was arrested at 4:30 Friday afternoon and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center where he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
