Grayson County Coroner Joe Brad Hudson is conducting a death investigation.
Early Friday morning, a deceased 26-year-old female was found at a residence on West Chestnut Street, in Leitchfield. The Leitchfield Police Department and Kentucky State Police responded to the scene, but investigators are currently being tight-lipped about the investigation.
The body was transported by the Grayson County Coroner’s Office to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville for autopsy.
