The 13th Annual St. Jude Dream Home campaign came to a conclusion on Sunday when the winners of the raffle were announced.
The annual fundraiser brought in more than $625,000 for families of children seeking treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in Memphis.
The fundraiser offered chances for people to purchase tickets to win a litany of items and prizes, but the two biggest prizes were a brand new home and 2017 GMC Terrain.
Winning the Terrain was Mary Murley of Bowling Green, but the big winner was Leitchfield residents Ronnie and Vickie Decker who won the 2017 St. Jude Dream Home worth $325,000.
In an interview while touring their new home, the Ronnie Decker told WBKO.com that, “We’ve got a little farm back in Leitchfield that we think a lot of. We’ll probably sell it (the Dream Home); we won’t move in it.”
